Sending feedback to the team
Tell us about a problem, an idea, a question or something you love, straight from the app: the Beta · Feedback button, ⌘K or the profile menu. Earn 50 AI credits for each message, up to 5 times. What we include automatically, adding a screenshot, and what happens next.
Solid Vibes is in beta, and what you tell us decides what we fix and build next. You can send feedback from anywhere in the app, including the editor, without leaving what you're doing.
Three ways to open it
- Beta · Feedback in the top bar, next to your credits. On a narrower window it's just the speech-bubble icon (hover it to see Beta · Send feedback to the team).
- ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows), then type feedback and choose Send feedback.
- The profile menu: Help & support → Contact & feedback.
They all open the same window.
What to write
- Pick a type: Problem, Idea, Question or Something I love.
- Write your message (up to 5,000 characters). For a problem, say what you did, what happened and what you expected.
- Optionally add a screenshot: choose an image, or paste one (⌘V) or drop it on the window. PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 15 MB. Adding a screenshot needs edit rights in the workspace you're in; viewers can send text.
- Choose Send feedback. You'll see Thanks — it went straight to the team. When the message earns credits, you'll also see +50 AI credits added.
Earn AI credits for your feedback
Every piece of feedback earns you 50 AI credits, up to 5 times: at most 250 credits in all. The feedback window shows how many rewards you have left (for example 3 of 5 left), and once you've earned them all it says so. You can keep sending feedback after that; it just doesn't add more credits.
- The credits are added straight away to your personal workspace, and your credits in the top bar go up. They're listed as Feedback reward on your account's AI credits page, and they don't expire at the end of the month.
- What counts: a real message, with a little detail. A very short one ("Love it!") is still welcome and still reaches the team, but doesn't earn credits: the window suggests adding a bit more detail next time. Roughly a sentence is enough.
- Sending the same message again, or nearly the same, doesn't earn credits a second time.
- Messages we find to be spam can stop further rewards for that account.
- The amount and the number of rewarded messages can change during the beta; the window always shows the current offer, and it disappears when there's no offer.
What we include automatically
So you don't have to explain where you were, the window says what goes along with your message:
- the page you were on, and the Thing if you were in one (and its latest agent run, if there is one), so we can open it;
- the app version (the same line as About Solid Vibes);
- your browser and window size;
- your plan and workspace.
Your design itself isn't attached: only the Thing's id goes with your message.
What happens next
Your message goes straight to the team by e-mail and into our feedback list. We read every one. If you asked a question, or we need more detail, we answer by e-mail at the address you sign in with.
