Seats and team billing

Maker, Pro and Team are priced per seat. Each seat lets one person be in the workspace and adds that seat's monthly AI credits to the pool (see Pooled credits). Team starts at 5 seats: its checkout begins at 5 and the seat count never goes below it. Maker and Pro start at 1 seat, and their owners can add people to their own workspace.

Seats are billed yearly by default ($12, $39 or $29 per seat per month, paid for the year). Monthly billing costs 20 % more per seat ($14.40, $46.80 or $34.80).

How seats are counted

Seats in use = members + open invites. An invite holds its seat until it is accepted, revoked or expires (after 7 days). The Seats card on Members & seats shows how many you pay for, how many are used and how many are free.

Add seats

• Select Add seats on the Seats card, or simply invite someone when every seat is taken: Solid Vibes offers to add the seats you need and then sends the invites.
• The dialog shows an estimate: what is due now for the rest of the current billing period (prorated) and what each renewal costs afterwards.
• Seats are added right away, and each new seat's monthly credits are added to the pool immediately.

The exact amount is on the receipt under Billing & plan; tax may apply.

Remove seats

• Remove a member and tick Also remove the paid seat to drop their seat in the same step.
• Or select Remove unused seats on the Seats card and choose how many to keep.
• You can never go below the number of members plus open invites, or below the plan's minimum (5 on Team). Revoke an invite or remove a member first. At the minimum, removing a member frees their seat for someone new instead.
• Unused time on a removed seat is credited to your next invoice.

Who can change billing

The owner and admins can add or remove seats, change the plan, buy credit packs and see receipts. Other members see the plan but can't change it.

Good to know

• On the trial and on Free, a personal workspace is just for you. On Maker or Pro you can add people to it; a team workspace adds pooled credits, a team library and real-time collaboration.
• If a payment fails, everyone keeps full access while it is retried. Update the payment method from Billing & plan.
• If the subscription ends, a team workspace becomes read-only (view and download STL). Nothing is deleted.

Open Members & seats, select Add seats, and change the number to see how the prorated estimate changes before you confirm.
